The location is perfectly convenient, easily connect to everywhere within Tamel downtown. Staffs are friendly to serve tenants. But the money is not really valuable due to no hairdryer per room. And I feel unwell when I walk around the corridor to the lift, the air is humid and smelly. Even the toilet water is not really clean. Please fix all the problem and improve facilities.
Location is great, just in the center of the touristic neighborhood Thamel. The hotel has a restaurant that is a good place to relax in The noisy Kathmandu. Good breakfast. They kept my luggage while I was doing a safari outside Kathmandu for a few days.
For me it was amazing experience thanks for the free upgrade . I think that's the best I could get for the price I paid for. The hotel is old one but well maintained. The guy in the room service during evening is superb I think it was DEV.The only thing I want to recommend the wifi need improvement. I would prefer to stay here all the time. The staff was very helpful . The airlines lost my luggage and the staff was very helpful contacting the local office for me several times a day. When I need to go shopping for replacement items they made several helpful suggestions. The staff in the attached restaurant were great too
The staff at the Hotel Marshyangdi are all so helpful and very professional. They made the whole stay such a pleasure. The hotel is well located in Kathmandu and the facilities very good. I will stay there again when I next visit.
A nice hotel, always wanted to stay here every time I come to Kathmandu and got opportunity this time and didn’t disappoint me. Staff are friendly it’s at the heart of Thamel. Hopefully I will book again. Thank you.
Stayed here as part of our Everest basecamp trek. Excellent reception staff, cheerful and friendly security staff at the front entrance. Very clean and generally calm throughout the hotel.
